Groundbreaking of Interloop ECO Park

In May 2018, Jahan Zeb Banth, Director Technical along with the emissions generated by numerous activities. It will include a water

Eco Park. The Eco Park, spread over approximately 2 acres, will habitat for many local birds. It will also house an information center
signify our concern for conserving nature and efforts for where visitors will learn about Interloop’s sustainability practices &
environmental sustainability. the importance of preserving world's natural resources.
Different types of trees to be planted in the park will work as filters
for the air we breathe and will help off-set greenhouse gas
eloop 2.0
To represent the real image of the company and to enhance
employee engagement, the new version of Interloop Employee
Portal – eloop, was launched on 20 Jun., 2018 at the Corporate
Office. Jointly designed and developed by Noman Hashmi, Asst.
Manager & Hasnain Bhatti, Officer, Corporate Communication &
Arslan Majeed, Dy. Manager & Tayyab Munawar, Officer MIS, the
new eloop is a user friendly application comprising three main
sections:
• i-Info: For swift company communications to its people
• i-Data: Housing important information to be used by team
members for business management
• i-Response: For better employee feedback and running
opinion polls

Interloop Wins 13th EFP-OSH Award
On 7 May, 2018, the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan in
collaboration with International Labor Organization celebrated the
‘International Day for Safety and Health at Work’ and conducted
the 13th EFP-OSH Award for 2017, to recognize the best practices
in Safety, Health and Environment, in different industrial sectors
across the country. The criteria were based on Employee Health
Monitoring, Emergency Preparedness, Quality of EHS
Management, Leadership Commitment, Staff Participation,
Training on Incident Reporting & Analysis and Performance
Monitoring. Interloop Limited secured 1st position in the Textile
sector. Naveed-ur-Rehman, Manager EHS Interloop Limited
received the award which is an endorsement of company’s
commitment towards maintaining best practices in Occupational
Safety & Health standards.
