Together Apart: Adapting to the New Normal

              The  COVID-19  crisis  has  transformed  communities  and
              economies around the globe and will enduringly reshape
              our environment as it proceeds to unfold further. The future
              of business has arrived faster, along with its challenges,
              such as income polarization, worker vulnerability, and the
              requirement  for  workers to  readjust to  professional
              transformations.  This acceleration is the result of
              technological progressions  and new concerns  for health
              and safety.

                                                             normal. Our colleagues have utilized virtual facilitation and
                                                             communication, which has enhanced teamwork and
                                                             collaboration. The ascension of Zoom & MS Teams online
                                                             videos, Skype for business, Google Hangouts, and other
                                                             technologies  connecting  our  people  working  from  home
                                                             with their colleagues have appeared to work out relatively

                                                             have been made possible and virtual tours of Hosiery and
                                                             Denim Plants have been developed for our customers.
