We are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of Interloop Limited (“the Company”), at its meeting held on February 04, 2026, have declared a Half Year Interim Cash Dividend of Rs. 2 per share, i.e., 20%.
The Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from February 17, 2026, to February 18, 2026 (both days inclusive). The dividend entitlement shall be paid to those shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as at the close of business on February 16, 2026.
As per Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017, and SECP’s SRO 1145(I)/2017, the Company shall withhold dividend payments from shareholders who have not provided their complete and valid bank details, including IBAN. Accordingly, all shareholders are again requested to provide this information to the Company or its Share Registrar, M/s. CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, CDC House, 99-B, S.M.C.H.S., Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi-74400, before current entitlement date.
The date of credit of dividend into shareholders’ bank accounts shall be communicated in due course.
