We are pleased to inform you that the Interim cash dividend (D-9) for the year ending June 30, 2023 @ Rs. 3 per share (30 %) have been credited through electronic mode directly into the designated bank accounts of the shareholders on June 23, 2023, who have submitted their CNIC and International Bank Accounts Number (IBAN).
In order to comply with the requirements of section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017 and subsequent notification through SRO 1145(I)/2017 of the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, the Company has withheld dividend of those shareholders who still have not provided their complete bank details including IBAN. Accordingly, shareholders, are advised to contact the Company or its share registrar along with copy of their visible and valid CNIC and complete bank details including IBAN for release of their entitlement.
The shareholders are informed and requested to register themselves to the e-services facility of CDC "Centralized Cash Dividend Register" (CCDR) through their web portal http://eservices.cdcaccess.com.pk to obtain information/details pertaining to cash dividend, paid, unpaid or withheld, Zakat and Tax deduction report thereon. Moreover, you will also receive a copy of this report on your registered email addresses.
Interim Bonus Shares
We are pleased to inform you that the Interim Bonus Shares (B-3) of Interloop Limited for the year ending June 30, 2023 at the rate of 50% i.e. fifty shares for every hundred shares held, as approved by the Board of Directors in the Meeting of the Company on June 09, 2023, have been credited to the respective accounts / sub – accounts of the shareholders in the Central Depository System (CDS) of Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited, on June 23, 2023 after business hours. Furthermore, bonus share certificates for the physical shareholders have also been dispatched through courier service.
All fractions of bonus shares have been consolidated and will be disposed of at market value and the amount so received will be donated to a charitable institution as authorized by the Directors in their Meeting held on June 09, 2023.
