We are pleased to announce that the Interim Cash Dividend of Rs. 3.0 per share, i.e. 30 % and Interim Bonus Shares in the proportion of 50 shares for every 100 shares held i.e. 50% for the year ending June 30, 2023 has been declared by the Board of Directors of Interloop Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held on June 09, 2023.
The Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from June 19, 2023 to June 20, 2023. The above entitlements will be paid/issued on the existing paid up capital of the Company and to those shareholders whose names will appear in the Register of Members at the close of business on Friday, June 16, 2023.
Date of credit of Interim Cash Dividend in bank accounts and Credit / Dispatch of Interim Bonus Share Certificates to the respective accounts / sub – accounts of the shareholders in the Central Depository System (CDS) of Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited will be intimated to the Shareholders in due course
