Saira Taimur
Sr. General Manager Strategic HR / Learning & Development

Saira Taimur Khan joined Interloop Limited as Senior General Manager Strategic HR / Learning
& Development in Nov 2019. Saira holds M.B.A. degree from the Institute of Business
Administration, Karachi. She supervises I-Way people, Learning & Development, Sustainability
& Business Strategy. Saira is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years’ experience
carrying out HR Audits, HR Cost Management and Strategic Planning for various companies.
Her last role before joining Interloop was Director Strategy & Business Development, TNI HR
Consultants. Previously, she worked on different key positions with Sharif Group of Companies,
Riphah International University, Kansai Paint Pvt Ltd. and various international and national
group of companies. She is a certified Job Evaluation specialist by Hay Group and a Certified
Trainer for several training programs. Her areas of interest include gems faceting, reading and
travelling.

Saima Zaidi
Sr. Manager Sales & Marketing

Saima Zaidi joined Interloop Limited as Senior Manager Sales & Marketing in Nov 2019. She is
MBA Marketing from Imperial College of Business Studies, Lahore and has substantial
experience in the textile industry. Saima has spent more than a decade working for large global
organizations including JC Penney Purchasing Corp, Warnaco and most recently with
Shahkam Industries.

Product development, merchandising & multi-country sourcing are her core strengths & part of
her sourcing experience while she is skillful at organizational, strategic insight, planning,
management, and communication. She has managed multiple categories at JC Penney’s
including Men’s/Women’s/ Children’s Underwear, Outerwear, Sportswear, Hosiery and also
handled multi-country sourcing. Her interests include travelling, reading and baking.

Fahid Hussain Kahlon
AVP Denim

Fahid Hussain Kahlon has joined Interloop Limited as AVP Denim in Jan 2020. He has
significant experience in Sales, Marketing & Business Development. Of his 17 years’
professional career, he has spent more than a decade with Crescent Bahuman Ltd (CBL),
recently, and previously with Springs Inc., USA. Working in fashion garments & textiles, his
core strengths include brand management, Product & process development, setting up new
business plans and driving sustainability initiatives. Proficient in strategic decision making,
budgeting, outsourcing, placements and team building.
Fahid earned his bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering from the University of Engineering &
Technology, Lahore with majors in Textile Chemistry/Processing and Post Graduation in
Management System with Major in Information Management Systems from the University of
Greenwich, London. He is a member of the Textile Institute UK & Pakistan Engineering Council.
His interests include traveling, playing badminton & cricket, literature, and music.
