Interloop has won Bronze at the Employer of Choice Gender Diversity Awards 2026, organised by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Pakistan Business Council (PBC), among 71 organisations assessed across Pakistan.

The assessment covered five areas of gender equity: leadership accountability, workforce representation, pay equity, workplace culture and mentoring for women.

The recognition reflects Interloop’s progress from women taking on STEM and leadership roles to fair pay, an inclusive workplace and opportunities for growth.
