We are pleased to inform our shareholders that the Interim Cash Dividend at the rate of 1.25/- per share (i.e.12.5%) has been credited on July 15, 2019 through electronic mode directly into the designated bank account of the shareholders who have submitted their CNIC and International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN).
In compliance with Clause 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017 read with Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017, the company has withheld cash dividend payment of shareholders who have not yet provided their valid CNIC number and/or details of International Bank Account Number (IBAN). In case, your cash dividend is withheld due to aforesaid reasons, you are requested to kindly provide legible photocopy of your valid CNIC and / or detail of IBAN to Company's Share Registrar (Share Registrar Department, CDC House, 99-B, Block-B, S.M.C.H.S, Mian Shara-e-Faisal, Karachi-7400) if you hold shares in physical form or to the respective Participant / Investor Account Services if shares are held in book entry form and also to fill in the form at company's website via https://old.interloop-pk.com/forms-notices-announcements/
The Central Depository Company (CDC) has developed a Centralized Cash Dividend Registrar (CCDR), as eservices web portal which would incorporate details pertaining to cash dividends paid/unpaid or withheld by listed companies. This is to facilitate the shareholders in retrieving details of cash dividends from centralized register. Please note that in future this information will only be available electronically via CCDR Web Portal being managed by the Central Depository Company (CDC). The Shareholders may access the CCDR via http://eservices.cdcaccess.com.pk.
In addition, the Dividend/Zakat/Income Tax Deduction Report can also be obtained directly from your participant (Stock broker) which will be provided to them on their CDS terminals. Moreover, you will also receive a copy of this report on your Provided/Registered email addresses.
