Cotton spinning - a 200 years old industry, not only fuelled the 18th century British Industrial Revolution but also became a pivot for Pakistan's extremely competitive cotton industry. To achieve even better/matchless quality in our products and to vertically integrate the business, Interloop, in 2005 successfully diversified itself to another landmark, "INTERLOOP SPINNING". Entering and then distinguishing ourselves from other big players in a well-established industry, was an achievement itself.
This, 20,400 spindles spinning unit is producing, as much as 32 tons of yarn everyday ranging from 6/1 to 40/1 in both combed and carded qualities. This US$ 22 million project is equipped with modern hi-tech European machinery ensuring a high-quality yarn making process.
Cotton Contamination Extraction at Three Stages:
- Manual hand picking of contamination at cotton bale opening stage
- Auto extraction of contamination by Rieter Vision Shield + Vetal scanners
- Foreign fiber extraction by Uster Quantum FFD and white polypropylene extraction by PP-Channel in the yarn winding stage (Auto Cone).

Blow rooms and high production cards are of "Truetzchler" (Germany). Drauu frames and combers are of "Rieter" (Switzerland). Simplex and ring frames are from "Zinser" (Germany). Schlafhorst 338 Auto coners (Germany). Complete air conditioning and waste collection system from "Mazzini" (Italy).
Obem (Italy), Yarn conditioning and steaming machine (Pressurized heat setting machine gurarantees improved yarn qualty in terms of strength, low snarling and better efficiency in subsequent process).
Auto Doffing at our fully automated Ring Section allows yarn bobbins to be changed automatically. In auto cone, auto doffers insure no man-handling and better tie/tail. The labortry equipped with uster-zellweger (Switzwerland) full range of instruments from cotton to yarn testing, also include auxiliary laboratory equipment from Zweigly (Germany).
The ring machines have the edit device to produced multi coountsm multi twists and slub yarns.
Fully automated Gavazzi Bale Press (Italy) ensures very compact waste bales upto 250 Kg/bale. Packing of yarn vide, all ranges i.e. polypropylene local packing, corrugated boxes packing & palletizing (Electrojet – Spain).
The innovation & consistent quality makes this plant standout within the spinning industry. We are continuously striving hard for making our product excel in all parameters, to be the best product. We are selling 30% of the total production capacity to our Hosiery Divisions which produce socks for the world renowned brands. Rest of the production capacity (70%) is being sold in local market to the best exporters, weavers/knitters and to international export market.
