You will be assessed on the basis of general skills and abilities that we deem important for all our roles, as well as the technical knowledge and skills required for the positions you are interested in. Please see below for details of the recruitment and selection procedures for the program.

General Test
Short-listed candidates will be asked to take a general aptitude test at Interloop. The test will last approximately 45 minutes.

First Round Interview
Candidates who successfully clear the General Test will be invited for a first round interview to be conducted by graduate recruiters. This interview will be a chance for us to get to know you better and explore your suitability to our roles. It will also give you an opportunity to talk about your functional area interests and ask any questions you may have.

Assessment Center
After the first round interview, selected candidates will be invited to take part in an assessment center. This will be a day-long activity consisting of various scenarios and activities to determine your suitability for our positions.
It is important to have fun and be yourself. This will allow you to approach the day's activities with confidence.

On the day of the Assessment Center, you will also participate in a final interview, which will be conducted by a panel of senior level personnel from different functions.

Placement Offer
Following the Assessment Center, we will offer the most promising candidates positions for our 6-month Placement Program.
