Maintenance and improvement in the quality of our product (Socks) and our quality management system is the Corner stone of our quality policy” Following the above Quality Policy Interloop established a Quality Assurance department which is operating with more than 346 expert & Qualified work force and this department is most important for Interloop.
 At every step of the production process, checking procedures reflect that quality is our number one priority. We work at all times to achieve rigorous standards far beyond our customers' requirements. This means heavy investment in both human resources and equipment.
Our labs are carefully designed to achieve optimum results with the latest equipment available to ensure the highest level of quality.
We meet and surpass all international quality standards and consistently grtting passed every audit by local and international organizations.
Established in 1992, Interloop Pvt Limited has set up a separate and independent Quality Assurance Department (QAD). This department has been in affect since 1997 and ensures that quality standards are maintained and customer requirements are met.
Our Process Consists Of
- Inspection & testing of incoming material
- Inspection and verification of correct issuance of materials & accessories against requirement.
- Independent inline inspection at every stage of the product manufacturing e.g. Knitting , Linking , Processing
, Boarding , Finishing/Packaging
- Final inspection before delivery
QAD works in parallel with the production department and is divided in to two main wings, which are:
1) Testing wing.
2) Inline & final inspection wing.
1) Testing wing
 It consists of a QA lab, equipped with all testing facilities regarding textile processing, yarns analysis, chemical and wastewater analysis. All the incoming raw materials either chemical or yarns for our product, are tested in the Lab.
Testing standards, used in the lab are internationally accepted (AATCC, ASTM, ISO etc.) as, such the criteria for acceptance or rejection of incoming materials are purely based on our internal use.
2) Inline & final inspection wing

In line inspection is carried out at every stage of product development like knitting, Toe-closing, processing, boarding & packing with well trained & highly qualified staff .QAD is trying its best to fulfill the requirements of its customer i.e. size specs, Size fitting, stretch & weight etc. The final inspection (internal or external) is performed in accordance to AQL which is internationally acceptable.
QAD is critical as, it plays a vital role in customer retention, market value of the company, and quality certification. Since Interloop's major clientele consists of some of the world's top brands. QAD ensures that the parameters/demands of these brands are fulfilled effectively, according to their requirements.

Interloop has a stringent check over product quality and equipped with a technologically advanced lab to ensure that compliance of various Standards is met. Main tests being conducted by our QA lab are:

- Yarn strength
- Spectro-photo meter test
- Twist per unit length
- Grading for appearance
- Water, washing and crocking fastness test
- Perspiration fastness
- Absorbency( Moisture management) test
