PROJECT CARE
INTERLOOP has recently started a novel program regarding the welfare of its employees known as PROJECT CARE. The main objectives of this program are:
  • To develop a formal processes to achieve a mutually beneficial long term relationship between our employees and the Company
  • Further improve INTERLOOP'S image as a caring and sharing organization
  • To gradually involve our families as INTERLOOP'S ambassadors

This program aims to address the needs of Executive Cadre and Workers separately based on the typical requirements of the employees in these cadres. Some major action items which have been identified in Phase I of this program are:

  • Introduction of formal process for development and career management
  • Recognizing employees and their families for supporting INTERLOOP

PROJECT CARE has also given a new insight to the Company by establishing a formal process for recognizing the services of its long serving employees. These incentives are as follows:

Upon Completion of 15 Years
  • Special Service Award
