The Graduate Placement Program will give you six months of full-time work experience in Interloop's fast-paced and dynamic work environment at a time when we are growing rapidly, both locally and globally.

The program is structured as follows:

Induction

Upon your arrival, you will be thoroughly introduced to Interloop's business, our functions and our values. After we have imparted the information you need to make a truly informed choice, you will have the chance to state your preferences in terms of the functions you wish to gain exposure to.

Multi-Functional On-the-Job Experience

Accommodating preferences as far as possible, we will begin on-the-job rotations in select Functions. Read more about what our various functions offer.

During your six months with us, you can expect to benefit at least from two rotations in two distinct functional areas. Each rotation will immerse you in a real working role, where you will be assigned certain tasks and evaluated on the basis of these tasks. This will be a chance for you to familiarize yourself with our organization and what we offer. At the same time, it is a chance for us to work with you and get to know you better.

The cross-functional depth you will gain in your exposure to different functions will widen your perspective and give you an edge no matter which functional area or role you ultimately take on.

Feedback and Support

During your placement, human resources will be there to constantly assist you in any way possible and support you as you go through your rotations.

In addition, you will get feedback on your performance from the departments in which you will be placed. This will be in the form of informal feedback on-the-job as well as formal performance feedback at the end of each rotation.
